What is the hub?

The NHS Knowledge and Library Hub is a discovery system that connects NHS staff and learners to a range of evidence resources in a single search. It includes:

over 7000 journals
books and e-books
links to BMJ Best Practice and UpToDate
NICE pathways and guidelines
databases like Medline, EMBASE and CINAHL

Logging in with your NHS Athens account will give you full-text access to all the available resources or will provide a quick link to request a copy from the library.

Search the hub

Enter your keywords and click ‘search’. On the results page, click the yellow bar at the top and log in with your NHS Athens username and password.
